Returns & Exchanges

At South Devon Chilli Farm, we want you to be delighted with your spicy treats, but if something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return process for our sauces, seeds, and gifts. Please note that for food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened items with the original seal intact.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Notify us of your intent to return an item within 14 days of receipt by emailing our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit, especially for our glass bottled sauces and fragile gift sets.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our farm in South Devon using a tracked postal service; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
