Where are your chillies grown?

All our chillies are grown on our farm in the heart of South Devon, England. We nurture them from seed to harvest in our own polytunnels to ensure the highest quality and heat levels.

How do I know the heat level of your sauces?

We use a simple heat scale ranging from 'Mild' to 'Extreme'. You can find this rating on each product page and on the physical bottle labels to help you choose the right level of spice.

What is the shelf life of your chilli preserves and sauces?

Most of our sauces and preserves have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Once opened, we recommend keeping them refrigerated and consuming them within six months for the best flavor.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our seeds and shelf-stable products worldwide. However, please note that fresh chillies and certain plants can only be shipped within the UK due to agricultural regulations.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

The vast majority of our chilli sauces, chocolates, and preserves are vegan-friendly. We clearly list all allergens and ingredients on our product pages so you can shop with confidence.

Can I visit the farm in person?

Absolutely! Our farm shop and café are open to the public. You can see the chillies growing in our show tunnel and sample our range of products before you buy.
